How Do You C.L.O.S.E.?

Here is a simple way to remember keys to closing:

C: Consistency. Consistently practice your close to build your confidence

L: Listen—Closing starts when you first meet the client and listen to his needs, wants and desires.

O: Offer—be clear about what you are offering and organize it in a way that makes sense to the prospect.

S: Sincerity—Be authentic with the prospect. This builds rapport and makes the close very natural.

E: Expectation—Expect to close! Setting an intention to close coupled with plenty of practice will improve your closing ratio immensely!
