Real estate investor, legacy builder, and community-minded leader helping people build lives and businesses they don’t have to walk alone.

Meet Anna

Anna Scheller is a Texas-based real estate investor, business owner, and mother of seven who believes the strongest legacies are built one relationship at a time.

For decades, she’s quietly grown a portfolio of housing that serves military families and law enforcement, mentored emerging leaders, and created homes and workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe. Her Italian immigrant roots, deep faith, and love for big family tables shape the way she leads, gives, and builds community.

What Guides My Work

 Relationships

Before Tactics

Real connection isn’t a sales strategy. It’s how we treat people when no one is watching. I care more about the person across the table than the transaction on it.

    Legacy

That Outlives Us

From housing for military families to mentoring employees, I make decisions with the next generation in mind. The question is always: “Will this make life stronger for the people who come after us?”

Faith-Informed

Integrity

My faith is core to who I am, but I don’t lead with doctrine. I lead with integrity, accountability, and a quiet expectation that my actions should match what I say I believe.

How We Can Work Together

  • Speaking & Workshops

Conversations on relationships, leadership, hospitality, and building community -  at work, at home, and in your city.

  • Community & Philanthropy Partnerships

From housing initiatives to community projects, I collaborate with organizations who want to create practical, people-first solutions that actually serve.

  • Reflections & Resources

Stories, lessons, and reflections on legacy, faith, entrepreneurship, and family.

From Nonna’s Table to Today

My mother was an Italian immigrant who taught me that when you want something to change, you roll up your sleeves and get to work. She sewed tailored suits and drapes to create extra income for our family, welcomed people into our home, and never stopped believing in the promise of a better life.

Those stories of courage, sacrifice, and hospitality shaped how I see business: every property, every project, every conversation is a chance to make someone’s life a little stronger and a little kinder.

Let’s Start With a Conversation

If you’re building something that needs stronger relationships at the center, whether it’s a team, a community project, or a business, I’d love to talk.
